1. Museum Adventure : Art Attack!
Bring the family and discover your inner artist this Family Day weekend at the Galloway's Museum Adventure: Art Attack on February 17.
For just $3 per person, you can try you hand at a variety of art mediums led by Edson's own artists, from embroidery and macrame to resin pouring, fabric arts and more.
And that's not all - your ticket also includes admission to the Galloway Station Museum, where you can learn about the area's rich history, check out our impressive model railway, and even snap a selfie with our grizzly (the only time we recommend getting close to a wild animal!)
To sweeten the deal even further, free refreshments will be provided, including popcorn.

2. Holy Redeemer's High School Wellness Family Fun Day
Are you ready for a day filled with fun, games, and wellness? Look no further than Holy Redeemer High School and Vanier Community Catholic Schools' Wellness Family Fun Day! This event is the perfect opportunity for families to come together and enjoy a day filled with activities that promote healthy living.
Test your dodgeball skills in a special parent vs. student dodgeball competition and show off your competitive spirit. Who will come out on top? Only time will tell!
For those who prefer to test their knowledge, participate in the "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader" trivia game - a fun way to challenge yourself and your kids while learning something new.
Don't forget to grab some complimentary hot chocolate and enjoy a fun winter craft. And if you get hungry, pizza will be available at an extra cost.

3. Ice Skating & Winter Fun in Robb
Pack your skates, bundle up in your warmest winter gear and bring your family out to Robb for an afternoon of winter fun! Glide across the ice, frolic in the snow, or warm your toes by the crackling campfire while sipping on hot chocolate during this free, drop-in style event.

4. Hockey Games
Hockey games are a great way to spend an evening with family while enjoying some fast-paced, exciting sports action.
The Edson Eagles Junior A Hockey Team will be playing multiple games this month at the Edson & District Leisure Centre, and they are inviting YOU to come out to cheer them on! And what better way to enjoy it all than with your loved ones by your side?

5. Canadian Parents for French: Famous French Artists
The Red Brick gallery is hosting an exciting exhibit that features a diverse range of artwork created by talented local artists -- young and old -- from our local community. What better way to celebrate Family Day than by sharing your love of art with your loved ones?
The exhibit, titled 'Famous French Artists', will be on display from February 7th to February 26th, giving you plenty of time to plan your visit.

6. Valentine's Family Dance

7. Family Day Unplugged
Get ready to join the Town of Edson, Canadian Parents for French (Edson Chapter) and the Alberta Snowmobile Association for a Family Day Carnavale! It's time to bundle up, grab some hot chocolate and head out for some winter wonderland adventures.
The Carnavale will also feature the grand opening of the Griffiths Park Centre, which will house the Town of Edson's Community Services team moving forward. This is the perfect opportunity to come and see what the Centre has to offer while enjoying some fun winter activities with the family.
